1. What is the Health & Wellness Monthly Program?

This 12-month program is a community-based journey that combines education, movement, and accountability. Each month focuses on a new theme—like heart health, stress management, or nutrition—and includes an in-person wellness class and a community workout to help you build consistent, sustainable habits.

2. Who is this program for?

This program is centered around Women but open to all age 18 and above who want to take control of their health—no matter your current fitness level. Whether you’re just starting out or looking to deepen your routine, you’ll find supportive instruction and a judgment-free environment.

3. Do I need to be fit to join?

Not at all! Every workout and activity can be modified for different abilities. The focus is on progress, not perfection. You’ll learn how to move safely and build strength at your own pace.

4. What happens during the monthly classes?

Each 60–90-minute session includes an educational talk on a monthly topic, hands-on demonstrations (like meal prep, stretching, or journaling), and a group discussion. You’ll leave with practical action steps and a challenge for the month.

5. What are the community workouts like?

The community workouts are held once a month and are designed to be fun, energizing, and inclusive. Expect a mix of cardio, strength, and mobility movements—with encouragement and music to keep the vibe positive. All levels are welcome!

6. What if I can’t attend every class?

No problem! Each month’s topic builds on the last, but every session stands alone. You can rejoin anytime. I will do my best to upload resources from the discussion, but not every month will include materials. We will introduce zoom calls as an optional at-home communication to stay connected between meetings, if required.

7. What should I bring to class or workouts?

Bring your smiles, positive attitude, water bottle, comfortable workout clothes, and a notebook for notes. For outdoor workouts, sunscreen and a yoga mat are helpful. We provide any additional materials you’ll need for demos or challenges.

8. Is this program faith-based?

Yes—our approach is rooted in holistic wellness that honors body, mind, and spirit. While we incorporate uplifting messages, reflection, and purpose-driven motivation, the program is welcoming to everyone.

9. Will nutrition advice be given?

Yes, but within an educational scope. You’ll learn about balanced eating, hydration, and simple ways to improve your nutrition, but this is not medical or dietetic advice. Always consult your healthcare provider for personalized recommendations.

10. How do I stay engaged between sessions?

We use a private facebook group or what app group chat for encouragement, progress check-ins, and mini weekly challenges. You can also pair up with an accountability partner to stay motivated.

11. Is there a cost to join?

All classes and community workouts are FREE of charge.  If you would like more 1-1 coaching, cost will be based on services requested. Discounts will be available for those enrolled in this year plan, but you must complete 3 consecutive meetings in order to qualify for discount.
