Active Duty / Reservist/ National Guard

  • 30min Zoom Call for an initial consultation to understand the client’s fitness history in the military and goals
  • Conducting/ Analyzing fitness assessments by reviewing the last fitness test results and forming a plan of improvement
  • Identifying work/life balance, schedules, and physical limitations to create training and nutrition program that meets clients’ needs
  • Collaboration with other medical professionals and holding military members accountable through structured tracking and habit-changing principles (no alterations to prescribed health care guidance, just accountability)
  • Strength and resistance training programs structured to develop weaknesses to improve overall fitness test scores
  • Cardiovascular training program to increase speed, agility, combat maneuvers, functional training
  • Monitoring of progress: Weekly check-ins with your coach, analysis of the plan, unlimited changes to the plan, body composition tracking, measurements, progress photos, scale weight tracking, daily habit tracking,etc
  • – 7 days a week access to message trainer via easy mobile app
  • – Ability to have access to app that stores nutritional and training data in one place

ACTIVE DUTY/RESERVE/NATIONAL GUARD PACKAGE PRICES

3-MONTH PAID IN FULL:
  • *Normal Rate: $540 ($180 p/month)
  • *Military Rate: $455 ($85 discount) – $150 p/month
  • After the first 3 months of training, plan goes month to month at $150 p/month

Fitness After Retirement (Retired / Veterans)

  • 30min Zoom Call for an initial consultation to understand the client’s fitness history and goals
  • Identifying work/life balance, schedules, and physical limitations to create training and nutrition program that meets clients’ needs
  • Collaboration with other medical professionals and holding clients accountable through structured tracking and habit-changing principles (no alterations to prescribed health care guidance, just accountability)
  • Strength and resistance training programs structured to body composition, fitness goals, strengths and weaknesses and client preference
  • Cardiovascular Conditioning to improve heart health
  • Monitoring of progress: Weekly check-ins with your coach, analysis of the plan, unlimited changes to the plan, body composition tracking, measurements, progress photos, scale weight tracking, daily habit tracking,etc
